Why we need your support now?

It takes approximately 590,000 TL (~11,000 USD) per year to run the farmhouse -excluding the emergencies.

When this started in 2023, a 15kg bag of kibble cost around 650 TL. Today, even a budget-friendly local option is 1655 TL.

For over 3 years, everything here has been sustained by a single private supporter — my mother.

With the current economic reality, this is no longer sustainable.

Additionally, adoption hasn’t been a reliable solution. So instead of scaling down the dogs or cats, the system had to change.

This is where the sponsorship system comes in.

You don’t have to adopt. (Although that would be a dream come true for the kids and me)
You don’t have to take responsibility for a dog’s daily life.

But you can make sure they’re cared for.

Important note: The support goes directly to food, vet care, and parasite control. No donation is used for utility costs such as rent, bills, or salary.

Sponsorship options

The average monthly food cost for one resident is approximately 1,700 TL. Each dog eats roughly one 15 kg bag of kibble per month. We feed a mix of BonaCibo and Kucho, depending on availability and price.

The routine yearly veterinary care includes annual vaccinations, rabies vaccination, deworming, and parasite prevention. This varies depending on the dog's size.

The estimates below include routine veterinary care and monthly feeding cost. They do not include individual medical conditions, ongoing medication, supplements, prescription diets, or emergency treatment.

Estimated monthly sponsorship:

  • Small-sized dog (20kg) → ~2,250 TL per month

  • Medium-sized dog (30kg) → ~2,500 TL per month

  • Large-sized (40kg) → ~2,750 TL per month

  • XL-sized / Giant (60 kg) → ~3,050 TL per month

If you'd like to sponsor a specific resident, I'll happily share their exact monthly expenses and answer any questions you may have.

You can choose to support the residents for:

  • 1 month

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 12 months

  • Lifetime

And can decide to commit to either full or shared sponsorship.
